Our Services

Life comes at you fast. You never want to need a lawyer, but we’re here to help without the stress.

With over 30 years working in family law, as well as significant experience in psychological, educational, and financial matters, Anna Clarke Sas understands what you’re going through and how to get through. She’ll take care of the legal business so you can focus on yourself and your family.

  • Divorce can be the hardest event your family will ever have to go through. Whether an uncontested and contested divorce, in which parties have either agreed upon all issues or find fault on the basis of adultery, cruelty, abandonment, or other grounds, we will work with you to understand your situation and develop a strategy tailored to you and your family’s needs.

  • Financial stability is a crucial aspect of moving forward after a divorce; however, these cases have the hardest outcomes to predict. Courts will use statutory factors and, in some cases, a formula to determine the amount of support allocated. Other factors such as length of marriage, education, and training often impact the result, but no matter your situation, our firm will protect your right to explore your options.

  • With over 30 years of military service at our firm, we understand the unique challenges that military families face in legal matters. Relocation due to PCS orders may throw a wrench into your parenting schedules, while military divorces require special consideration for the division of military retirement, SBP, or TSP. Throughout this process, we will make sure your rights and interests are protected.

  • Appointed by the court as an attorney for the child, the guardian ad litem (GAL) conducts an independent investigation of the child’s situation and makes a recommendation to the court for the custody arrangement in the child’s best interest.

The court appoints a GAL in divorce matters when parents cannot reach a custody or visitation agreement, as well as in juvenile and domestic relations district court, abuse and neglect, and adoption matters.
